You catch fish... or a cold... the cooties?? A mate is something that is drawn to you. Like a magnet. It is that pull or magnetism, that alluring je ne sais quoi that brings us together. Besides, if you catch something... it can get away but if you have your tractor-beam-of-love on, some major frequency is going to have to be altered in order to separate you two. A couple on the same frequency is not going anywhere except the tunnel of love.
